Corey Lewis, is a seasoned recruiting executive with nearly 20 years of experience building teams, shaping hiring strategies, and helping organizations grow through great people. His career has spanned agency recruiting, consulting, small business ownership, and education, giving him a broad and practical understanding of what drives successful hiring.

Over the years, Corey has partnered with companies across commercial construction, skilled trades, manufacturing, private equity, and disaster response — recruiting top talent in engineering, operations, and leadership. He has built and led high-performing teams, created and implemented KPIs, and developed more than 20 customized training programs for recruiters and hiring managers to improve hiring effectiveness and confidence.

Corey takes pride in developing strong relationships, understanding business needs from the inside out, and helping organizations make smart, sustainable talent decisions. At his core, Corey is passionate about people — their growth, their potential, and the impact the right fit can have on a company and a career.

Outside of work, Corey's a Husband, Father, and proud Grandfather who enjoys time with family, his dogs, and the occasional mountain getaway. Fun and relaxing times include hours in his workshop and being the loudest fan of THE Ohio State Buckeyes and The Carolina Hurricanes.
